We required our tub to be delivered in a week, so we decided to go with free next-day warehouse pickup in Miami and have to say we are pleased with our choice.
The Miami warehouse is conveniently located and is well organized and with a helpful staff. We choose the Aquatica Purescape 171 Black as it's is a big, stylish and a very deep tub and happened to be in stock. We have attached some photos, so U can see the tub as it is. Happy with our purchase and definitely would recommend to others.

It's not often I write reviews, but this gorgeous black tub deserves a review! It's a great soaking tub, I can literally lay in it, fully past my shoulders for hours on end and the thickness of the tub seems to help keep the bath water stay warmer for longer. The actual look and feel of the tub is stunning too, and has given our bathroom a completely new and elegant look, we couldn’t be happier. We were also very impressed with the customer service from Aquatica, the team were very helpful and professional throughout the entire process and even managed to organise a white glove service for us. The contractor who was working for us at the time even mentioned that he was really impressed with how well the bathtub itself was packed and delivered, even during this pandemic, the tub arrived on time and in perfect condition.

I’ve been an interior decorator for over 12 years now, so I’ve worked with many different suppliers over the years. Never have I once made a point of leaving a review, especially for a bathtub, but this graphite black 171 bathtub from Aquatica left quite the impression on both my client and me! With so many different suppliers on the market it’s rare to come across a bathtub made with such exquisite taste and top quality materials. My client wanted something very high end for her bathroom and she not only wanted the tub to be freestanding, deep enough to soak in and with elongated sides, she also wanted it in full black. I’ve dealt with many clients over the years, who have had very specific requests, and this one was right at the top of my list. I spent a lot of time trying to find the perfect tub, but I’m also quite particular as I like to see and touch what I’m buying before I buy it. The team at Aquatica were very accommodating and were quite happy to have me fly over and see one of their 171 graphite tubs in their Miami warehouse. Needless to say that this is one professional relationship that I will keep going for many more years.
